I’ve fixed it in my svn, it will be part of next release ( 0.7.1)
you can get the fix now by running from CLI:

svn export https://svn.code.sf.net/p/easynas/code/trunk/easynas/cgi-bin/settings.pl /easynas/cgi-bin/ –force
