when creating a folder ( volume) you need to setup the permission for it.
make sure that the user you want is the owner of the volume and the permission of the user is read+write

Hi, need help, I want to create two share folders a , b and to users. User1 will have only access to folder a, where user2 will have access to both the folder a and b, how to do that.

you can set the permission of the folder and the owner:
    for example volume a – owner=a, user permission=r&W, group permission=none, all permission=none
    volume b – owner=b, user permission=r&W, group permission=none, all permission=none

    I hope this helps.
    Yariv.
